How it works

  • 1. Send a request

    Fill in the contact form or email me at:

  • 2. Fill in the background form

    Click on the background form tab on this website.


    Make sure all the questions with a red asterisk are completed so that the form will submit.


    If you sign into your Google account, you can save your progress.

  • 3. Appointment date and time provided

    Once I have the background form from you, we can sort out a suitable date and time for the assessment via zoom to be arranged.


    A zoom meeting link will then  be sent to you.

  • 4. Invoice will be sent to you

    I will send you an invoice for the payment required for the assessment a few days before.


    I ask for payment on the day before the assessment.


    Once I have received payment, I will send you a receipt.

  • 5. A diagnostic report will be written

    After the assessment I will write up a report with a dyslexia diagnosis if appropriate.


    You will receive a copy by email within 2 weeks.
